Marlin Brown is a graduate of Berkeley High School in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.  He attended Charleston Southern University receiving a degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Training, and completed the State Board Exams and is a Certified Athletic Trainer.  He also holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from Liberty University where he gained experience as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer while working with a variety of sports.  Marlin is now employed jointly by the Pierce County Board of Education and Bone and Joint Institute. He will work under the supervision of Dr. Lex Kenerly and Dr. Matthew Valosen to provide emergency care, concussion evaluation and management, injury prevention, evaluation, and treatment which will include therapeutic rehabilitation.  His goal is to help athletes return to play as quickly and safely as possible.
